TERMS OF USE

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – therefore, you should carefully read them before using the app. You are prohibited from copying or modifying the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor should you try to translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. The app itself, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to "NETO 2016" Ltd.

We are committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without clearly informing you of exactly what you are paying for.

The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to deliver our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. This could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may result in the app not functioning properly or at all.

Google Play Services

You should be aware that there are certain things for which we are not responsible. Some features of the app will require an active internet connection. The connection can be via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network operator, but we cannot be held responsible for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if your data allowance has run out.

If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, your mobile operator may charge you for data usage during the time you are connected while using the app or other third-party charges may apply. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please note that we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Likewise, we cannot always be held responsible for how you use the app, i.e., you need to ensure that your device remains charged – if the battery runs out and you cannot turn on the device to access the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.

Regarding our responsibility for your use of the app, when you use the app, it is important to keep in mind that although we strive to ensure it is updated and accurate at all times, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you. "NETO 2016" Ltd accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss you may experience because of relying entirely on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the app’s availability to) may change, and you will need to download updates if you want to continue using the app. We do not guarantee that we will always update the app to remain relevant to you and/or work with the Android or iOS version installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the app when they are offered to you. We may also discontinue providing the app and terminate its use at any time without prior notice of termination. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to periodically review this page for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These terms and conditions are effective as of April 20, 2024.
